May I please thank every single person for their support?

I know I wasn't hurt, and we were obviously very lucky to have escaped as lightly as we did. Still, it was haunting me that night and I'd just like to take the time to thank those (again, having already done it privately) for taking the time that night to talk to me online and just be with me.

Second, of course, a big thank you to everyone who actually bothers to decide to read my journal, (especially if you're over-subscribed to many others), thanks for...just being there and offering me words of comfort, wisdom and perspective.

Chris spent the weekend at home and he has told me he is now off of painkillers and the whiplash is subsiding. Our lecturers are looking in to giving us 'Extenuating Circumstances' to extend our deadline if necessary for the interview we had originally gone up to do.

In other news, a non-furry actually described me as looking like a dinosaur on Saturday...so there you have it! She later noticed my belly sticking out and gave it a pat, something my nan also did the following day. I'm fattening up without trying and I don't even need to hibernate!!
